4 January 2006: An inmate attacked a guard with a homemade weapon.

Lockdowns

14 September 2005: Kitchen utensils were stolen, including two sets of tongs which the superintendant believed could be used for weapons.

22 August 2005: after superintendant John Scoville noticed that some inmates appeared intoxicated, a search was conducted to uncover drugs. The search found nothing, however, and it appeared that all drugs had either been administered or disposed of.
