Julio Sanchez, 35, of Manchester, was arrested by Haverhill police at 11:34 p.m., Monday, at 31 Brookdale Lane. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, second offense. Sanchez is due to be arraigned today in Haverhill District Court. [read the full story here]
