Police were helping get Courtney Laster of North Little Rock on a gurney when he bit an officer on his left hand, according to the report. Authorities told Laster to cooperate and relax, but then he spit in the same officer's face. Laster was arrested at 8:30 p.m. and charged with aggravated assault, according to the report.
