Insideprison is currently accepting articles, news, stories, and commentary on a wide range of criminal justice and correctional issues. Topics of interest include: prison gangs, prison conditions, rehabilitation, programming and treatment, and criminological theory and practice. Submissions need not be scholarly works; we accept news, artwork, photography, prison stories, and book and film reviews, as well. If you are not sure, simply submit anyway. If you are sending articles, news, stories, commentary, or other creative works, you may include a brief biographical sketch and your website (if you have one). There is no maximum or minimum word length. Response times to your submissions will vary, depending on the number of submissions we receive. Expect some kind of feedback within 1-2 weeks. We currently do not pay contributors. If accepted, your work will become the property of Insideprison.com, and may be distributed, and edited, modified, or shortened for clarity or style.
