Violent White Supremacist Prison Gang Member Sentenced to More Than Eight Years for Prison Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury

ORLANDO—Chief U.S. District Judge Anne C. Conway today sentenced Scott Michael Patrick (48, Portland, Oregon) to eight years and four months in federal prison for assault resulting in serious bodily injury. He was found guilty by a federal jury on June 12, 2013. Patrick will begin serving the sentence upon completion of his current federal sentence, which was imposed following a federal conviction for bank robbery.
