Romanian national pleads guilty to role in credit card skimming ring

Catalin A. Capanu, 36, of Anaheim, California, pleaded guilty to six felonies, including three counts of wire fraud and three counts of theft from a financial institution, and no contest to the felony charge of battery by a prisoner, according to Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney.
