NJ police records to be part of open public records

NOT ONLY will more and more police stops be recorded in the future, the videos may be available to the public. That was the significant and correct ruling last week by a state Superior Court judge. The ruling, which stemmed from two cases in Ocean County and which still faces an appeal, said that police recordings must be included under the state's Open Public Records Act.
