The Vernon County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the publics assistance in locating a wanted fugitive for failure to register as a sex offender. In a press release issued Tuesday afternoon, Sheriff Jason Mosher said a felony warrant has been issued for 30-year-old David Crane for failure to register as a sex offender.
