I was in Noble for 2 years my first offense it was a drug crime stolen meds well let me start by saying In Noble I jus about starved with a 1700 calorie diet a day and they boil all the food .And the guards treats the inmates like animals cuz most guards work 2 16 hour shifts I was in their with maximum security and administrative security and i,was minimum loose inmates all, over the place the website says 2400 inmates it's actually double that it's operation is illegal cuz each inmate is by state and federal law supposed to have a certain amount of living space and while I was there it stayed filled every bed with 502 beds inside each dorm and 5 housing units with 2 dorms to each housing unit makes 10 dorms with a total of 5020 inmates in a space thats setup for only half thAt racks are jus 10 innches apart from, each stacked 2 high and 4 rows of 52 beds and like I said way over crowed that fights are going on from wake up to lights out and we all,are force fed medication and if ya don't take it ya stay in the hole till ya do I spent 7 months in the hole straight cuz of 1 ciggarette and the max a prisoner can stay in the hole according to the torture law by the U.N. security council is 1 week and 1 month for severe infractions but no more than that because of psychological damage it does flat out Noble should be shut down till,it's operation is run according to law

Dear Tim, put the crack pipe down. Nothing you said is true except that Aramark does not feed you a lot. The officers are not working much overtime due to all the new officers hired in the past 8 months. The daily inmate population runs around 2525. The beds in the units are about 3 feet apart. Forced meds are very rare and only after a violet outburst from not taking the meds correctly. If you did 7 months in the hole it was cause you were scared and refused to return to general population. I know this from working there for over 18 years now.

Ya I was in Belmont and lake Erie Richland and Grafton and I can't believe I'm going to side w a co. But Beal is 100%right this dude must a been p.c. It's almost impossible that the population cold ever be that many so... bottom line is..... everything this dude said is a lie.and I know you said you were worked in noble but did you work In Belmont five house ?

I am very curious to know what it will be like for my ex that raped my daughter. I don't want smoke blown up my ass I want to know forreal what it will be like. I have heard that he will be segregated away from everyone else. I have heard no one will know what he did and I have also heard the good ol rapist will get it in prison. I hope all of the bad stuff is true but I really just want the truth from someone who has been there and knows what it is really like at Noble.

Sorry. They will probably protect them.....that prison is gay...

All provincial jails unfortunately protect the. Depending on the charges or if the inmates in fear for his safety they will be placed in protective custody

Ive done time in Noble, so i will fill u in with the TRUTH!!!! #1 I can promise u that he can not hide the fact that he is a pileta of Shit chomo, AKA pediphile.. Someone will know what hes done. Even if he is lucky enough to go un noticed Then a correctional officer will let it be known to a certain inmate or inmates, and he will be dealt with.. Noble is not equipped with a protected custody yard, this is a good thing because there is knoewhere for these scumbags to hide.. Noble will receive him as an inmate, process him in, Then he will be assighned a dorm where he will be givin a bunk as the place to sleep and live througout his sentance. He will not be segregated at all untill after something happens to him.. Once he is dealt with, he will be moved to a outside hospital if his injuries are severe enough, if they arent, Then he will be segregated while the prison staff does there investigation on what, why and who is responsible.. Once the investigation is over this is what will happen.. He will be transferred to a protected custody prison if they feel his life is in danger. Usually what happens first is, once they talk to the one responsible for his injuries, that guy will convince prison aficials that he is satisfied with the ass beating he gave him with no intentions of doing any further damage to him... (Big Lie) lol... They will then assighn mr dirtbag to a whole different unit and bunk, he will then be removed from segregation and moved to new dorm... Then, at some point someone else will get him again.. After they get him again, they will most likely transfer him to a PC camp AKA protected custody prison... All of this may not happen right off the bat, just know that at some point, someone will most deffinetly get him...... That is a fact.....

If he asked for pc they will put his the hole and keep him isolates from everyone! I've seen it all. And NOONE is untouchable!!! For a price
Butters wrote on Monday, January 11, 2016

Ya just left there he'll go to a1 first and trust me the cos let gang leaders know wen chomos come thru and he will get his due. The hole has like 97 inmates in it so its full there is no check in to seg right now they only switch your dorms and that wont help him theyll get him the hru's the cwb's the kf's will all be gunning for him

wrote on Tuesday, April 28, 2015

it all depends on what type of person he is. Being under 21 he will go into the 21 and under dome. I hope he can fight. I did time there. Dont get involved in the gangs but dont be a punk

wrote on Wednesday, April 29, 2015

He's a good kid n will fight if he has to..mostly just wants to do his time n come home. I thought they did away with that dorm? How long ago where u there? N thank you for responding
Nick wrote on Monday, November 09, 2015

Iju st got out not long ago. They did away with that dorm. He will be fine. Leave the gangs alone and that place has mellowed out a lot. He probably won't even have to fight as long as he don't have a smart mouth. Or unless he is little and people think they can take his shit like commissary but if he will fight he will be fine. That prison is a joke. It use to be rough there but not anymore
Tim wrote on Friday, January 08, 2016

He best throw dem hands for sure i fought twice a week but i,was acting a fool and making moves while I wasn't in a gang I dealt with all the gangs and that's where my trouble started and ended cuz others didn't like me helping one and helping another but I dealt with whomever had my bread had a store in every dorm and 10 employees but long as he don't talk sideways out his mouth but will stand up when it happens and trust it will happen he will be fine A1 EAST 48 Y'ALL
Butters wrote on Monday, January 11, 2016

There is no 21 n under dorm anymore as lo.g as he dont get mouthy or do stupid stuff but all n all once he gets his routine down he should do fine

Please allow me to share My son inmate A706218 I sent a food purchase. All I was trying to do for the past three days is see if he received it. A employee is hired to perform different doing but from reading up on correctional assignment A Food Service employee is to disburse and ANSWER CALL RESPONSE TO SERVICES. IT dont take three days. I call from 8:: 00 am unti

5: oo pm Until I wasbtold db by Mailroom personal that (SHE) Works until 3:30pm & on March 24th 2014 she received 25 boxes & couldn't answer the phone. Now in that conversation he mentioned he worked in the mailroom and don't know what she does. Now Not only did I speak with the supposedly mailroom person that knew what he wanted to know but a guard, that I asked there names and they both hung up the phone on me. No matter the crime in which a prisoner is charged with he's still allowed certain items. They the guard and mailroom personal was truly unperfestional. Made me fell just by speaking to the bothe both of them they have no concerned about the prisoners but only they're checks. Hanging up the phone was rude, I never said a cussing word but only asked questions of concerns about my SON Package. AND AS AN EMPLOYEE SHALL PLACE YOU ON THE PHONE WITH SONEONE THAT DOES.I will appreciate a n return call or some type of official response.
